Delivery is Free of Charge for any order over HK$1000.00 (HK, KWLN, N.T.).
For orders below HK$1000.00 you can either Collect Free of Charge from our Wanchai shop (Room 1903 Tung Wah Mansion, 199-203 Hennessy Road, Wanchai), or we charge HK$40.00 for local delivery (HK, KWLN, N.T.).
Please note that a time specific delivery can not be offered to the following destinations: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Lion Rock, Sai Kung (outside Tai Mong Tsai Rd.), Shek O. If you require a delivery time more specific than 9.00am - 7.00pm then please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quotation.

International shipping rates are quoted door to door, but do not include any local import duty or taxes that may or may not be payable in your chosen country of delivery. You should verify whether any taxes or duties may be payable prior to placing your order. No cancellations or returns will be accepted.
All our deliveries are hand-picked in our dedicated facility in Tsuen Wan. Dispatch is in a high specification international Slurp-branded flight case box or original producer packaging.
Slurp.asia operates temperature controlled deliveries all year round in Hong Kong. The wines are collected from our warehouse in Tsuen Wan by in the morning and delivered to you the same day to maximize the control and protection of our products.
The expected delivery time of your order is shown in your Account section. In the unlikely event that delivery is not going to be within that window we will contact you immediately to let you know.
If you have a specific date by which you must have your wine please specify it in the "Special Instructions" field at the Checkout or just call/email us and we'll sort it out. If you are out when we try to deliver we will leave a card asking you to contact us to re-schedule.
In the Special Instructions at the Checkout you can also specify any special delivery instructions such as where to leave the wine if you're out or which neighbour to contact. Just let us know and we"ll try to do what you ask.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched. Your order will then be delivered to you the next working day (unless you have specified a Saturday delivery).
