Cousino Macul Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

The complete supervision from the vineyard to the glass is a characteristic that Cousiño Macul shares with the world’s most renowed wineries. The mission of Cousiño Macul is to produce world-class wines that are unmistakably Chilean, carrying the distinctive character of the Maipo Valley. TASTING NOTES Of an intense deep ruby red color, clear and bright; in its 2009 version it presents itself in nose with a marked bouquet of ripe berries typical of the Maipo valley, giving then place to a note of rather mature plums and slightly spicy. In mouth, it is fresh, of good acidity level but with firm velvety tannins typical of the variety that later become more docile, rather velvety, confirming all its previous fruitiness, but also leaving light notes of black fruits. Due to its varietal characteristics, it is an ideal wine to accompany all types of red meats, or rather spicy, such as beef, pork ribs in simple preparations, as well as cold cuts and dishes of medium-high seasoning.
