TASTING NOTES This wine is made entirely from the same grape variety even though the requirement under chilean law is only 75%. Cabernet Sauvignon gives balanced wines with well-rounded tannins and blackcurrant, pepper and liquorice flavours. the wines haves considerable ageing potential and their structure becomes rounder and more refined with time. Colour is attractive, brilliant ruby. Elegant and complex, opening on red fruit liqueur aromas with notes of pepper, blond tobacco and liquorice. Stylish, tannic and full of flavour with touches of roast coffee, expressing all the fullness of ripe fruit and the powerful nature of the terroir.
