Maison Nicolas Perrin is a boutique negociant which results from a meeting between the Perrin Family, specialists of the Southern Rhône and Nicolas Jaboulet, a man from the northern rhone. This appellation produces white wines of great renown. Our wine comes from fields located on the slopes of Cherry and Rosay. The soil is granitic and Viognier is expressed beautifully in these lands, facing southeast. The first tastings are of wine with a sharp attack. The fruit flavors (peach, apricot) dominate. The wine is balanced and has a nice minerality. Very pleasant as an aperitif, this wine goes very well as exotic food.
